Photography is for me, as for many other art forms, a question of the ability to really see.
A visual awareness and presence of mind, required not only by the artist but also by the viewer.
Nature’s wonders great and small have always fascinated me since my early childhood - and through my photographic work I have over time learned further to develop my own visual consciousness, which has greatly enriched also my daily life generally.
I normally work in picture series of motives that fascinates me over a longer period of time - often close-up to capture also smaller details - and generally motives without reference to either time or place.
